We ship your order within 48 hours on working days with PostNL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation.

We offer free shipping for orders over € 50,00 with delivery within the Netherlands and for most countries in Europe we offer free shipping for orders over € 100,00.

If something does not fit, or you don't like it, you can always swap or get your money back. You can easily return the package to our return address. There are a few conditions:

• The shipping costs to return the order  will be charged to the customer.
• Swapping or a refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns or swaps that are later than 14 days after recieving the order will not be accepted.
• The original label is still attached to the item
• Specify on the receipt or the supplied return form whether you wish to swap for another size or color. You can also indicate that you want to get your money back.
• Clothing may be returned only unworn. If we find that the clothes have been worn then your return will not be considered. Adjust may of course!
• If you get money back this happens within about a week after we have received your return package.
• Save the shipping receipt from the post office well.
